The Survey Shop has the means to provide the best service for your equipment. All servicing, repairs and parts have a warranty applicable to them. If an item is found to be defective due to an error on behalf of The Survey Shop then the customer will not be charged for any previous work. However, if any new parts are retained or that labour content including work that was found not to be faulty due to an error on behalf of The Survey Shop then the customer will pay in full the parts but a portion of labour will be credited back. The amount of credit will be at the discretion of The Survey Shop.

Repairs outside the scope of the service to the following equipment will be charged at the rate below.

All parts come with a backed 1 year manufacturers warranty and labour is charged at $60 per hour.
